We will either issue a credit to your credit card for the amount of the incorrect price if it had already been charged.
Motorville offers a secure ordering system based on industry standard encryption SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) which begins before you give us any personal information and remains secure throughout placing your order. Further, your credit card number is encrypted before it is transmitted to our system. This ensures that your online transactions will be secure, and that your credit information will be protected. Star Performance will only ask for information that is important in getting our customers their product. We will not at any time give out, sell or distribute your personal information.
A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number is required. Please read the following information before requesting an RGA number: Motorville will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We will exchange UNUSED, re-sellable, original packaged item(s) for another item(s) of equal value. If the new item is of higher value, you will be responsible for the price difference. All returns must have an RGA# on the package or it will be refused at the time of delivery. An RGA number is required for all returns. Please write the RGA number on the outside of the shipping package or on the packing slip, where it is visible. Please do not write on the original manufacturer’s box. Please note that any product returned for reasons other than being defective or damaged may be subject to a 25% restocking fee or $15.00 administrative fee (whichever is greater), and/or an in-store credit at our discretion . If an undamaged order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from our location. Please return all products in “as-new” condition, in the original packaging with all the original warranty cards and installation instructions. There will be a $35.00 re-boxing fee for products returned in a damaged box. All returned merchandise will be inspected, and if they are not in “as-new” condition, additional charges will apply. Motorville will not accept returns on products that were damaged as a result of abuse or improper installation. Motorville is not responsible for items not fitting or working correctly if the customer has given incorrect information or ordered incorrect parts. Sales Tax Policy:
All Kansas residents will be charged sales tax. Residents of other states are responsible for turning in any sales tax required by their state.
We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Please provide a physical address to ship to. We ship most orders that are place by 5:00 pm CST same day. This means most of our orders will be received by the customer within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays). Out of stock and special ordered items will be drop shipped from the manufacturer. (Special orders will take additional time to expedite and for customer to receive.) Most products are shipped via UPS. Products that are too large to ship UPS will be shipped by ground truck freight. Customer will be responsible for this freight. Customer will be contacted for verification and authorization. Orders with multiple items may be shipped from multiple locations. This will result in some items being received by customer at different times. Rush Shipments: Rush shipments are available at customer expense. We will ship out next day or second day air any product that UPS is able to ship in that manner. Damaged Product: If your product was damaged during shipping, you must contact the shipper (UPS) with in 48 hours of receiving the product. At that time you must file a damage claim with them. Lost Product: If a product is lost during shipping, we will contact the shipper and have it traced. If the shipper deems the packages to be lost, we will send out a replacement of the same item. Most products have a warranty against manufacturer defects & workmanship. Any warranties on items sold by Motorville are those made by the manufacturer. All warranty claims must be made with the manufacturer of the product. Manufacturers shall be the sole judges of all warranties.
